Publish on the site
Create and publish the matching widget goal (Contact form, Newsletter signup, Feedback) under Widgets, with triggers and display rules.
Notifications
Use webhooks for submission.created. Per-form webhook alert toggles may appear under form settings when enabled for your org.
Slack and other curated integrations are not assumed as GA unless they appear as available (not Coming soon) in Settings.
