Widgets overview
Goals, templates, and how widgets relate to Collect and Agents.
Widgets overview
Widgets are the on-site experiences Amplixa shows visitors: chat launchers, forms, popups, banners, testimonials, and more. You create them under Widgets, often starting from a goal or template.
Available goals (GA)
These goals are available to create (labels match the product registry):
| Goal | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Chat launcher + thread | AI chat bubble and conversation panel |
| Chat bubble / launcher | Launcher only |
| Chat thread | Thread panel |
| Contact form | Lead / contact capture |
| Newsletter signup | Email list capture |
| Feedback | Site feedback |
| Testimonial request | Ask for a quote / review |
| Testimonial showcase | Display approved testimonials |
| Testimonial card + detail | Card with quote detail |
| Coupon / offer | Promo offer |
| Announcement | Site announcement |
| Countdown | Timed promotion |
Goals marked Coming soon in the dashboard (for example book a meeting, purchase notification) are not documented here until they ship.
Collect vs Widgets
Some experiences also have a Collect workplace (Testimonials, Contact, Newsletter, Feedback) for submissions, settings, preview, and analytics. The on-site piece still publishes as a widget (or bundle) under Widgets.
Agents vs chat widgets
Agents is where you configure knowledge, persona, inbox, and actions. Chat widgets on the site are how visitors open that agent. Create/configure the agent, add knowledge, then publish the chat widgets for your domain.
