Collect is the dashboard area for submission-oriented products:

Each workplace typically includes submissions (or testimonials list), settings, preview, and analytics. Testimonials also include display and private feedback tabs.
How it connects to the site
Visitors submit through published widgets on a connected domain. Collect is where your team reviews results and adjusts product settings.
Naming note
- Collect → Contact = contact forms.
- Agents → Contacts = chat visitors.
- A future cross-session Contacts CRM is separate and not assumed here.
Webhooks
Form submissions can notify your systems via org webhooks (submission.created).
