Confirm the script is running, and optionally serve Amplixa from your own subdomain.

Verify
- Install the snippet with one channel.
- Open a live page on the exact hostname registered in Amplixa.
- In the dashboard: Domains → Integrate → Verify Installation.
Amplixa expects the page to load widgets and send a pageview. You can also wait for first contact from real traffic; script status moves to installed when the runtime reports in.
Common issues
| Symptom | What to check |
|---|---|
| Verify fails | Hostname mismatch (www vs apex), wrong domain selected, script not on that page |
| Works for you, not others | Ad blockers stripping third-party CDNs — try a CNAME |
| Widgets appear twice | Two install paths (theme + GTM, etc.) — remove one |
| CSP blocks script | Add the same nonce to the init script (overview) |
Optional CNAME
Point a subdomain at Amplixa so the script loads from your domain. This improves reliability when ad blockers strip third-party CDNs.
- Finish snippet install first.
- Open domain setup / CNAME steps in the dashboard (Domains).
- Create the DNS CNAME Amplixa shows, then complete verification in the product UI.
Use the values and hostnames the dashboard provides for your environment — do not invent CNAME targets from this page alone.
