Import existing reviews
Use the Import tab when you already have reviews elsewhere:
- Choose a source: Google, Trustpilot, G2, or Website.
- Paste the Maps / company / product / page URL (for Google you can also type a business name and address).
- Fetch reviews, select the ones you want, and import.
Imported quotes appear on the Testimonials tab for moderation (approve before they can show on your site, depending on your settings).
When you create your first testimonial form, Amplixa may also pull testimonials already published on your linked website homepage and add them for review.
Source notes
- Google — Google Maps or Business Profile reviews for your listing.
- Trustpilot — Reviews from your Trustpilot company page. Displaying Trustpilot reviews outside Trustpilot’s own widgets may conflict with their terms; keep attribution.
- G2 — Reviews from your G2 product page.
- Website — Testimonials already shown on a public webpage you paste.
On-site pieces
Publish related widgets (testimonial request, showcase, card + detail) under Widgets for the domain. See Widgets overview.
Settings caveat
Some settings UI may be present while persistence and advanced campaign features (invite sequences, video-only rewards, spin-the-wheel) are still expanding. Prefer documenting fields that clearly save and affect Preview/publish. If a control does not persist after refresh, treat it as not yet production-ready and do not rely on it in customer ops runbooks.
